Apple Pie Smoothie

Fall is here and so are so many seasonal goodies! With the holiday season approaching faster than ever, more and more comfort food and treats will be within arms’ reach. Make a better choice instead (or at least along the way!)and try this easy-to-make Apple Pie Smoothie with a protein powder, like Vega Protein & Greens.

Ingredients – Serves Two

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 Medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 servings Vega Protein & Greens
  • ½ avocado (optional)
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 6 large ice cubes


  1. Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses.
  4. Enjoy with a friend!
