Beyoncé and Jay-Z recently completed a 22-day vegan challenge. The pair, notably Jay, are looking lean and healthy. You may have also noticed his leaner figure at the Grammy Awards this past Sunday. Whether you are thinking of transitioning to a plant-based diet or just looking to feel better on the inside and out, dietary changes are the most important factor. While you do not have to go the vegan route to improve your health, our bodies can often repair damage from the inside-out and provide us with vitality that we never had before, when we eat the foods that were originally designed for us and stay away from processed foods that breed disease.
