BFT Turns TWO!

It all started with an idea in a notebook; a desire to fulfill a need in the African-American community; A plan to provide resources, tools and support to end the vicious cycle of chronic disease in our community. We didn’t want to just see change, but be the change.

But it’s not about us. It’s about YOU! YOU have made Black Fitness Today the growing community it is. We have been blown away and inspired by your stories, your dedication, and your feedback over the last two years. We will be working even harder to make BFT bigger and better in the future!
