Brien Calloway

Brien holds an Associate’s degree in Sports Management from University of Phoenix. Since he was a teenager, he has always known that he wanted to make a difference in his community. He believes that health is one of the most important aspects of living a happy and productive life. Brien began his career at L.A. Fitness Club in Atlanta, Georgia. During this time there, he also started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which is a defensive martial base on leverage. This allows a smaller, weaker opponent to effectively defend himself or herself from a larger, stronger opponent. He is the Co-founder of Body Adonis Fitness; a fitness training company dedicated to showing people how to perform resistance training exercises and proper nutrition. Brian has helped develop and teach the Kickboxing program at Alliance Martial Arts Academy in Atlanta under 7th degree black belt, Master Jacare Cavalcanti. In addition, Brien is currently the CEO of Exert Fitness Training, a fitness management company serving the Atlanta metro area.
