Social media is transforming the fitness field by helping trainers and fitness enthusiasts connect like never before. Here are some of our favorite fitness duos building and expanding their brands through social media.

Atlanta area trainers Darrell Paterson (@iamtherealdp) and DaShaun Johnson (@guru_of_abs) are transforming fitness as a business through social media. With sold out fitness tours and events, and hundreds of thousands of followers, Patterson and Johnson are inspiring and improving lives by helping people reach their fitness goals.

We love @twobadbodies, a unique and dynamic pair of Division 1 athletes, who “met on the track & have been training together ever since!” The Seattle-based duo travels the country posting awe-inspiring photos and Instagram videos of partner workouts from the Nike Headquarters to Malibu and back to Seattle with a mix of old school and new school hits that will make you wish the social platform’s 15-second video limit could be extended!

Up-and-coming team @natalieaneilfitnessgem and @Srenae78. With only a few videos, IFBB figure pro and personal trainer @natalieaneilfitnessgem along with @Srenae78 — also a personal trainer — just popped up on our radar but we’re looking forward to seeing together much more. The few videos that the pair have collaborated on are cool and fun to watch.

More than a duo, these four ladies @followthelita, @deannajefferson, @getfitwithnic_ and @wrkoutqueenie make for a powerful team in the fitness space. Teaming up for “Destination Fit Trips” to Cancun for beach bootcamps and fitness-themed vacations, all have made names for themselves as fitness experts. Selling out fitness events and waiting lists full of clients who are itching to work with them has become the norm!
