Gentria’s passion for helping others developed during her teenage years. Growing up in the underserved community of South Central L.A., but attending school in wealth filled neighborhoods such as the Palisades opened her eyes to the differences money can make when it comes to health, fitness and a community’s general well-being. Even then, Gentria felt that the amount of money in one’s bank account shouldn’t determine the quality of their physical state. So, she set out to spark positive change where it is most needed.

The idea of Le-NWar Urban Juicery came when Gentria found herself coming up with concoctions to help her co-workers and friends lose weight. [As] a fitness trainer and proud vegan- she was already very familiar with the key elements a great juice should have. It’s only been a few months since she started labelling and selling her product, but she’s already making amazing headway. Gentria only uses top of the line ingredients and more importantly- sells her juices at affordable prices for all to enjoy. How Many Calories Should I Be Eating? (Formula)

Here’s the formula ⬇️ EXAMPLE

Your WEIGHT ( 300 pounds ) multiply by 14. = ( 4,200 calories ) That will get you your TOTAL MAINTENANCE CALORIES.
Then.

Your MAINTENANCE CALORIE multiply by .25
4,200 calories x .25 = 1,050

Then.

Your MAINTENANCE CALORIE 4,200 subtract 1,050 = 3,150 calories.

3,150 would be your calorie goal

Depending on your workout intensity and job you can lower the deficit % the harder you work the more your body needs!
Now just plug in your weight and try it yourself !
