How Much Sugar is In Your Food?

Yoplait Yogurt

We are big fans of the Eat This, Not That! brand. They provide such relevant, real-time and practical information on helping consumers make smart nutrition decisions in the home, at the grocery store, and when eating out. We even did a giveaway last year and were happy to provide two of our readers with the Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide and Kitchen Survival Guide.

Here is another great tip that you will want to pay attention to:

Did you know? Yoplait’s Fat Free yogurts each contain more sugar than a package of Peanut M&M’s! Now, we definitely don’t think you should opt for the M&M’s instead of the yogurt, but rather find a completely different option with less sugar and more overall nutritional value. But, it is important to read labels. Foods that are presented as healthy could be just the opposite!

Check out Eat This, Not That! for other sneaky sources of sugar to avoid sabotaging your diet!
