January 2013 Giveaway – “Formula 50” (Sponsored by Avery Books)

Our next monthly giveaway is here! There has been a lot of buzz surrounding 50 Cent’s new book, Formula 50 for months. Black Fitness Today has two copies to giveaway via Facebook and Twitter, courtesy of Avery Books (Penguin Group USA).

Rapper, actor and entrepreneur 50 Cent is sharing the tools that have helped him achieve peak conditioning with a new book entitled Formula 50, “a six-week workout plan for achieving a ripped body—and developing the mental toughness to stay in shape for a lifetime.”

Formula 50 focuses on Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT), “where weight lifting meets cardio” along with nutrition, and will lead to a 50% body change in just six weeks along with a 10% loss in body fat, 20% increase in energy, 20% increase in strength and endurance.
