Make This Delicious Black Bean Salsa for Your Next Game Day Party

Aside from the summer and holiday seasons, game days are our favorite times to make great dishes and spend time with the people we really care about. So when our friends over at ALOHA asked us to share a favorite “dish to pass,” we said “of course!”

One of our favorite game day recipes that ends up devoured every time is this easy-to-make black bean salsa with avocado. The use of fresh, organic ingredients makes us feel good about what we’re serving and what we’re eating! Within ten minutes, you can have a delicious appetizer ready to put on the table!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 cans organic black beans
2 cans organic corn
1 large haas avocado
4 organic plum (roma) tomatoes
1 small bunch of organic green onions
1 medium organic red onion
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately!

How to make this even better: Use fresh corn on the cob, cut the kernels off and roast in oven for a few minutes. Also, a few fresh jalapenos make add a great kick! Check out more of our game day recipes that won’t defeat your diet!
