Simple swaps to comfort food favorites can make a huge difference when you’re on the journey to getting healthier, building muscle, and shredding fat! One simple, but tasty swap you can make is replacing a typical hamburger bun with two portobello mushroom caps!
Bake your portobello mushroom caps in the oven, gill side (inside of the mushroom) down, for about 15-20 minutes OR grill caps for just a few minutes, lightly season, and you have your buns!
