Raynard (Ray) Holmes Jr. is from Cleveland, Ohio. He is 27 years old and is currently a second grade teacher in a neighboring suburb of Cleveland. When he is not serving as an educator, he can be found in the gym. During his transformation from becoming a 305 nose tackle at John Carroll University to the 205 pound guy he is now, he has discovered an absolute passion for health, wellness and fitness. He has always been involved in sports and live an active life, but as any former athlete knows, it becomes harder to recover after sporting events when getting older. So he found a new way to be active and fell in love with the lifestyle. He is currently studying to be a certified personal trainer and planning to compete in a bodybuilding physique competition early next year. Favorite exercise or training method: Favorite body part to workout is chest. I switch up the routine every 4-5 weeks but my favorite program is with heavy weight and low reps
