Roy Burch is a two-time Olympic swimmer (2012, 2008) and national record-holder in the 50 and 100M frees, hailing from Bermuda. Burch also gained attention from his gripping comeback story – from tearing both his patella-tendons to rehabbing back to Olympic trial eligibility just one year later.Burch shares his darkest and brightest moments with Black Fitness Today and what it took to return to elite level status.
