BFT: When it comes to personal fitness and health, nutrition is a major component. What are some of you favorite foods that keep you at your best?

WI: I am a simple eater, I mean don’t give me the rich foods in the fancy custom restaurants, rich things, butters and sauces, that is so not me – now I like being treated nicely, I’m a lady! [laughs] Give me a spa treatment instead, a facial, or massage; it runs a close second to sex even, but it’s good for you – [that’s] the bottom line. It helps free toxins, it’s a muscle relaxer and it helps to preserve a youthful body, but some of my favorite foods are…I love oatmeal!

I love yogurt, and wild salmon – it’s so good and it’s great for my skin and I really notice a difference so [I eat it] at least three times a week. I also love brown rice, and sweet potato is one of my favorites! My favorite veggies are string beans and not just any kind of string bean – and this may sound weird you guys, but for some reason just regular whole or short cut string beans just don’t taste good, I have to have French cut, they are the bomb, I put those over rice a lot of times. My favorite drink is probably iced tea, I like to get down on that!
