Rapper, actor and entrepreneur 50 Cent is sharing the tools that have helped him achieve peak conditioning with a new book entitled Formula 50, “a six-week workout plan for achieving a ripped body—and developing the mental toughness to stay in shape for a lifetime.” 50 teamed up with Jeff O’Connell who helped create LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout. If the science behind Formula 50 is anything like Platinum Workout, then we are in for a treat!
50 states that his formula focuses on Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT), “where weight lifting meets cardio” along with nutrition, and will lead to a 50% body change in just six weeks along with a 10% loss in body fat, 20% increase in energy, 20% increase in strength and endurance.
