Gluten-free Protein Cupcakes with Dymatize ISO 100 (Magdalena de proteina, sin gluten)

(traduccion abajo) Here’s an easy recipe to make your own chocolate gluten free protein cupcakes. I did not have chocolate protein so I used cocoa powder.

Ingredients for 6 cupcakes: 2/3 cup sorghum flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 2 scoops Dymatize ISO 100, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup blackberries, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chocolate extract, 3 packets Stevia. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients for icing: 6oz fat free cream cheese, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chocolate extract.

Approx macros per cupcake of 6 (without shaved almonds): 270 calories, 23g protein, 25g carbs, 10g fat

Una receta fácil de hacer las Magdalenas (sin gluten) de chocolate con proteína. Yo no tenía proteína de chocolate, así que yo utilizo el cacao en polvo.

Ingredientes para 6 magdalenas: 2/3 taza de harina de sorgo, 1/4 taza de harina de almendra, 2 cucharadas de proteina Dymatize ISO 100, 1 huevo, 1 clara de huevo, 1/4 taza de yogur griego sin grasa, 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear, 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda, 1 taza de moras, 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo, 1 cucharada de extracto de chocolate, 3 paquetes de Stevia. Cocer en el horno a 350F durante aprox 15 minutos.

How Many Calories Should I Be Eating? (Formula)

Here’s the formula ⬇️ EXAMPLE

Your WEIGHT ( 300 pounds ) multiply by 14. = ( 4,200 calories ) That will get you your TOTAL MAINTENANCE CALORIES.
Then.

Your MAINTENANCE CALORIE multiply by .25
4,200 calories x .25 = 1,050

Then.

Your MAINTENANCE CALORIE 4,200 subtract 1,050 = 3,150 calories.

3,150 would be your calorie goal

Depending on your workout intensity and job you can lower the deficit % the harder you work the more your body needs!
Now just plug in your weight and try it yourself !
