Is the weekend setting you back? According to Obesity Research (2003), Americans consume on average, 82 calories more per day Friday through Sunday than during the work week. However, a person can very well over-consume thousands of calories, leading to weight gain. The weekends are to be enjoyed, but don’t over do it by taking one step forward during the week, only to take two steps back during the weekend.
