Short On Time? Try This Quick 13 Minute Cardio Circuit

It’s the weekend and we over slept, but that’s what the weekends are for right? Well we planned on spending an hour or so in the gym but that didn’t happen. Our gym closes super early on the weekends, 2pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday. Yeah it kind of sucks, but it’s all good. So anyway, we only had 30 minutes to workout so we did a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It got pretty intense! We have a before and after photo for your amusement!

Here’s the circuit: Do each exercise for 1 minute

1. Jog in place


2. Sprint in place

3. Jumping Jacks

4. Toe Taps (on aerobic step)

5. Jump Rope

6. Mountain Climbers

7. Side-to-Side Hops (on aerobic step)

8. Sprint in place

9. Jumping Jacks

10. Toe Taps (on aerobic step)

11. Jump Rope

12. Mountain Climbers

13. Side-to-Side Hops (on aerobic step)
