It’s the weekend and we over slept, but that’s what the weekends are for right? Well we planned on spending an hour or so in the gym but that didn’t happen. Our gym closes super early on the weekends, 2pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday. Yeah it kind of sucks, but it’s all good. So anyway, we only had 30 minutes to workout so we did a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It got pretty intense! We have a before and after photo for your amusement!
